Does it connect to Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes, through a channel manager: Channex or Beds24 (Airbnb and Booking.com don't offer direct connections to new systems). The Channex connection opens in production once it passes certification; until then iCal calendars, direct bookings and the simulator work. HostPaea never calls something "connected" when it isn't.
How is a hotel counted?
Today: as one property, €30 per month, regardless of the number of rooms. This commercial decision may change for large hotels; any change will be announced in advance and won't affect existing subscriptions without your consent.
Who can see my guests' data?
Only your team, according to the roles you give them. Even HostPaea staff can't see them without a temporary permission (max. 2 hours) that you grant from settings, and every action is logged.
What happens when the trial ends?
Active properties keep working for 7 days without interruption. After that, you can't add new properties, but existing bookings, the calendar and export remain open.
Can guests pay online?
Not yet. Today the booking engine confirms the booking with payment at the property. Card payments come with the payments integration, without ever storing the card number with us.
What does the AI assistant do?
It will check live availability, propose bookings and draft replies. Nothing is sent and nothing is booked without your approval or the rules you set. It's in development.
